We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist to join our team and contribute to our clients' campaign success.


Responsibilities

  1. Trafficking: Set up and launch programmatic media buys using Demand Side Platforms (DSP) and programmatic ad networks.
  2. Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they are delivering desired results, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative performance.
  3. Post-campaign Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights for analysis and future optimization.
  4. Analytical Skills: Utilize analytical tools and techniques to evaluate campaign data and provide actionable recommendations for performance improvements.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, data analysts, and creative teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution.


Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Ad trafficking, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.
  2. Strong understanding of programmatic media buying, DSPs and programmatic ad networks.
  3. Proficient in ad operations (adops) processes, including campaign setup, troubleshooting, and QA.
  4. Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and insights.
  5. Familiarity with ad-serving platforms and industry-standard reporting tools.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team environment.

Summary:


We are looking for a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Python, PHP, NoSQL databases, SQL, and store procedures. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications. They will also be responsible for working with other members of the engineering team to ensure that our applications to meet the needs of our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications
  • Work with other members of the engineering team to ensure that applications meet the needs of clients
  • Troubleshoot and debug software applications
  • Write unit tests and other automated tests
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest software development technologies


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software development

Digital For Good(DFG) is seeking a talented and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding large and medium enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with relevant services and solutions. You will be coordinating with the ad ops team to ensure KPI and timely service delivery while also being comfortable pitching Ad Tech Mar Tech platforms. Additionally, you must be capable of strategic planning and networking to achieve results-driven outcomes.

Reporting: Business Lead. 

Location: Gulshan, Dhaka

Responsibilities:

● Onboard and manage large and medium enterprise clients, ensuring a smooth transition to DFG's platform.

● Understand the client's requirements and provide relevant services and solutions, including upselling where appropriate.

● Coordinate with the ad ops team to ensure timely and quality service delivery, meeting client KPIs and satisfaction goals.

● Comfortable pitching Ad Tech Mar Tech platforms, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

● Capable of strategic planning and networking, leveraging insights and analytics to drive customer success.

● Identify opportunities for process improvements, ensuring we are continuously improving our service to clients.

● Monitor client activity and develop data-driven insights to improve client engagement, renewals, and upsells.

● Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and resolving issues in a timely manner.

● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GFG’s Technology platforms, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in Ad

Tech or Mar Tech.

● Proven track record of driving customer success, renewals, and upsells.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and internal teams.

● Familiarity with Ad Tech Mar Tech platforms, comfortable pitching to clients.

● Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
